2001 Chevy Astro Van 4x4 Salem/Kroger conversion

Brief history:

I purchased this vehicle in Feb of 2014 with 8,000 miles on the 4x4 conversion and transmission and a blown engine. I was able to contact the former General Manager of Salem Kroger in Red Bluff California and he remembered the van and gave me verification on the conversion. Listed below are details on equipment.

Engine and cooling system:

17,348 miles on a Remanufactured Jasper 4.3L vortec V6 motor, uel injection system and cooling system. The work was performed by qualified mechanic and 4x4 specialist Eric Kaiser of Kaiser mechanical in Buena Vista Colorado. The Engine was "broken in" according to manufacturer warranty and a finicky new owner. . ..me. Receipts for the work are available.

25,348 miles on a new 4 speed automatic Transmission.

17,348 miles on Transmission filter and fluid replaced at the time of the engine replacement.

17,348 miles on new brake pads and calipers on 4 disc brake.

17,348 miles on adjustable upper ball joints, ifferential fluids and differential inspections and new manual locking hubs.

Less than 500 miles on muffler installed on an existing 3" exhaust system.

Less than 300 miles on new CV drive shaft.

Interior is 8 out of 10. All electronics work (windows, ocks, ruise, ights, omputer, tc.) Stereo is kicking with amplifier (6) speakers. Sub-woofer is wired but never installed one. CD player and port for I pod or similar. The remote for the stereo was missing when I bought the van. (2) Rear bench seats and (2) front captain seats. Carpeting on floor is well used and could use replacing.

Exterior is 8 out of 10. Dent in slider door (bought it that way door works fine). California body. . .no rust very clean. Rear windows tinted, way door system in rear. Custom aluminum billet bumpers and grill. Custom tow hitch with locking tow ball (I never towed anything I used it for a bike rack). Roof rack (I don't have keys. . .never did).

Conversion details:

25,348 miles since conversion installed by Kroger Salem. Dana 44 front end with new manual locking hubs (replaced hubs when engine was done). Front end has coil spring with swing arm suspension. Makes for a smooth ride! Ford 9 rear with leaf springs, ft traction bars. The lift is 21" from ground to body, " from top of tire to body, hocks have 25,348 miles on them. (5) American Racing ATX Mojave AX9816 Teflon Coated Wheel 17x8" 5x5.5" bolt pattern. (5) new P235/75R17.

This is one great off road/camping vehicle. Unfortunately I need to pay off medical bills from my lovely wife's loss to terminal cancer...need I say more. Thanks for your time looking.
