Paint:Electron Blue Pearl (Honda) Two Step Urethane (Base Coat/Clear Coat)
Crystal White Pearl (Lexis) Three Step Urethane (Base Coat/Pearl Coat/Clear Coat)
The body was media blasted, cid etched and epoxy primedThe underbody was sandblasted, rimed and sealed with dark gray two part urethane bedliner.
Frame:The original frame was sandblasted, rimed, nd sealed with semi-gloss black rustoleum. Rear springs were moved under the frame rails for tire clearance. Motor mounts were converted to side mount, nd a "batwing" crossmember constructed for exhaust clearance. Steel plate gussets were added to the frame as needed for strength. Tubular control arms, ropped spindles, one piece power steering box, nd a sway bar were added up front, nd the original rearend was replaced with a 9" Ford housing with disc brakes. Gabriel "Silver E" Adjustable Shocks are installed front and rear. All new ball joints, ushings, ody mounts, tc. were installed during construction. BFG T/A'sare installed all around on chrome smoothies, 25's up front and 255's in back.Note: Alignment Specs + 0.5 Degree Camber, 3.0 Degrees Caster, /16" Toe, hrust Angle Is "0". This car tracks straight as an arrow.
Interior:Blue and white Ultra Leather was stitched over memory foam. Matching door panels, ick panels, nd package tray were reconstructed using ABS plastic, emory foam, nd Ultra Leather. Foam /Foil sound deadener was added above the headliner. Rubberized/Foil sound deadener was applied to the floor, nder the dash, o the kick panels, ackage tray, oors, nd trunk. New headliner and carpets were installed. The trunk is carpeted, ncludes spare tire with cover, nd has a trunk mounted high CCA battery with shut off.
Engine:355 CID late model small block Chevy. 10:0 to 1 compression +.030 hypereutectic
pistons, tandard rod and main journals, omp Cams Thumper Hydraulic Roller Cam and valve springs, /16" rocker arm studs, tainless steel roller rockers, dlebrock Victor Jr. intake manifold, allory flat cap ignition and coil, dlebrock 650 cfm carb. Block prep included align boring then CNC boring the cylinders using the main bore for reference, ecks were CNC machined parallel to main bore. Heads were given a three-angle valve job, eflon seals, pring height and pressure set, nd were machined for screw in studs and guide plates. Comp Cams said this combination developed 400+ HP and 400 ft. lbs. of torque on their dyno. CNC machining +/- .0003"
Transmission:
TH 700-R4 Professionally built for high torque including kevlar bands, ew crack proof drums, anual valve body, nd a 2000 rpm stall converter.
Rear end:
9" Ford equipped with disc brakes and a 4.10 ratio 4-pinion Trac Loc. The third memberhas adouble rib case with the large front and rear pinion bearings.
