Remarkable 1995 Chevy Conversion Van CLEAN

This is a beautiful 1995 Chevy conversion van up for sale. I am the second owne, he van has never been smoked in. It starts and drives beautifully , he transmission shifts very smooth. The only major issue is the AC just went out and will need repair if you live in an area that needs it. Cruise control works very good . All overhead limo lighthing is in working order as well as all interior bulbs have been replaced. Power windows work as do the power mirrors and seats. Exterior paint is in excellent condition as it was kept indoors most of its life. There are some scratches and dings around which is to be expected for something of this age. Owners manual from the company who did the conversion is included. The t, cr, nd dvd player all work...though i would recommend installing a new 12v flat screen tv as the modern ones pull waaaay less power than the original big box tv thats in there now. The rear bed is powered and works goo, here is a flip door on exterior to plug in an extension cord for when parked at a park, he 110 to 12v power inverter is located under the rear bed, ut ive not had success getting it to work correctly, know its a simple fix. The idea of it is to be able to watch tv and use lights without draining battery. Rear vacumme and little air compressor both work. A rear sway bar has been added to promote stabililt, was going to add rear lift blocks to springs to help level out van but never got around to it . It has new fuel filte, - joints, and new front brakes . Oil always maintained and changed. Yokohama tires have plenty of tread for a cross country trip. Includes a tow package. This has been a very well maintained vehicle as it was a company executives travel van.
