This car has just been taken out of a fourteen year dry storage slumber. It has always been enthusiast-owned by Chevy performance car lovers, nd is a well-cared-for example of the muscle car era.

After bringing the car out of storage we gave it a relaxed sort-of shake out, ccumulating 150 miles in one afternoon. We did notice a bit of wheel-balance issue. Otherwise, t ran so well there was no reason to touch anything else. The tires were re-balanced, nd much – but, ot all - of the vibration went away. Resulting from the years of storage, he tires have developed some flat spotting. The new owner should consider a new set of tires to their liking before heavy usage. The brakes stop sure and straight. The air-conditioning unit has not been upgraded to the new-type refrigerant.
The interior is very well preserved. The dashboard is free of UV damage or cracks. The gauges are clean and clear, nd they all work. All the glass is perfect, ncluding the windshield. All the lights work. The seats impressively sport their original upholstery, nfaded, lean-looking and with strong stitching and no tears/stains. The headliner has a very nice appearance.
There is no evidence of any off-road excursions or accidents. The body is very straight with good panel fit.
As it sits it would be a popular attraction at any cruise-in, tealing the attention from the common, ormal muscle-cars. The Chevrolet Monza Spyder is very rare and unique. This is a spectacular collector car that will get more rare and valuable with each passing season.
