39 chevy rat rod project

what you see is what you get a 39 chevy project that someone started to cut up and chopped up on a all tubular frame. it is not coming on that van frame. it needs a lot of work the frame has a 4 wheel disk brake set up. think they where using it as a oval track car. any questions ask i dont know what kind of rearend it is. i have no title
