It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect and ask questions before bidding or buying a vehicle! The successful high bidder is required to submit a $295 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit; which is due immediately following the close of the auction. Successful "winning" bidder must contact seller within 24 hours after the auction has ended to verify purchase and make arrangements to complete the transaction. Within (3) business days of the end of auction, full payment must be received either by cash, cashiers-check, or wire transfers. If funds are not received, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis. Vehicle Transportation:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online automotive experience from purchase to delivery. However, we are not responsible for shipping and transport arrangements but we will assist you. All shipping charges are the "Buyer's" responsibility. In person pick-up can also be arrange by appointment from Monday-Sunday. I can also accommodate your transport from Miami International Airport at no charge and you can drive this beauty home and save on shipping cost. Just gas and go!

No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. We welcome a Buyer's Inspection. If you plan to have a Buyer's Inspection, please make sure you have the vehicle inspected prior to the end of the auction. Inspection fees, if any, are the "Buyer's" sole responsibility. Vehicle will have up to 300 more miles due to test drive/demo use.

Florida residents must pay state sales tax on total purchase price (6%). Must pay county surtax where the vehicle is being registered. Must pay transfer fees for vehicle registration, title and license plate. Out of state buyers are responsible for ALL state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. Title Processing Fee Service that is variable depending on where you live in your state/county. Additional taxes for your state and county may apply. We will provide you with proper sales tax documentation showing proof of the taxes we collect for you. There will be no dealer-fees on any of my transactions.
