2002 Chevrolet Camaro Z-28 SS with the SLP Base package. The base package includes 325HP V-8, Composite hood with scoop, SS specific rear spoiler, forced air induction, dual outlet exhaust (no longer on the car), special hi-performance ride and handling suspension system, 17x9 lightweight Pinket wheels, Zexel torsion rear differential with 3:42 gear ratio, power steering cooler and SS exterior graphics. This car was bought new in Chattanooga Tennessee and it has been in this area since new. It is a one owner and was clearly well maintained and taken care of. Mechanically the car is tip top, a 10 of 10 and needs nothing. Cold air and everything works as it should. It has been tastefully upgraded with drilled directional rotors on all 4 corners. A very subtle change to increase performance while maintaining the stock appearance to the average person. It runs strong and is very fast. The interior is very good and I would rate it at 8 of 10. The leather drivers seat does show a tiny bit of wear and there is a small hole in the carpet where your right heel will rest. The interior is black but a couple stains are visible in the carpet. The paint is pretty good but is also black which shows every flaw. I would rate it as a 7 of 10. When I bought the car the paint needed attention. I had the hood, roof, both mirrors and the rear bumper painted. The hood and roof had been painted before and was not acceptable, the clear coat was coming off and it had other imperfections. The clear coat was coming off the mirrors as well. I had the rear bumper painted as it appeared to have had a very light bump in the past, which cracked the paint. The bumper did not have any holes that had to be repaired, only cracks in the paint. There is a little bit of trash in the paint on these newly painted surfaces that can be sanded out by someone that knows what they're doing. The glass is great, tires are great with plenty of tread left. In 2002 if you wanted a performance car, this would be the car to get, 6 speed with the hard top. The hard top, opposed to T-tops, will handle better because of less flex in the car during hard cornering. This is a great car that doesn't really need anything. The reserve is well below the buy it now. I've tried to describe the car as accurate as I can. If you have questions or want to see a picture of a certain area let me know and I will do what I can to accommodate your request. Chris 423-605-0806
