1970 Z28 RS A true survivor with one paying job and one motor rebuild since rolling off the assembly line. Miles are documented by previous owners and paperwork back to the early 90s. This Z28 was built in June and comes with the COPO9796 option. I don't believe the seats are original and could be either dealer installed or owner preference at some since they appeared to be from 1971 Z-28. They are original GM and not recovered. I have photos of the rebuild process for the motor. Still has the original pistons and standard Bore.
The front spoiler was replaced at some point for run reason or another. No other part on the car has been restored even the interior seems to be all OEM. I have never looked for Build sheet, but there is no doubt that this is an original Z28. The car currently has ceramic coated headers and I have a original smog pump and exhaust manifolds. To repaint appears to be basecoat clearcoat got about 10 years ago and is still real nice with a few imperfections. Jams in the trunk and under the hood was never painted.
This car is no joke and has all the 1970s Z28 idiosyncrasies you'd expect it to have. It is all numbers matching, original Cowl tag, 12 bolt rear with sway bar, floor mounted gas pedal and so on........
I bought this car about five years ago and have never really driven to a large extent. Car Starts up easily run and drives perfect The battery always stays charged. I just have not had any time to enjoy this one. At this point I just need the room. Good luck bidding Cash or wired bank funds only. Sell to US main land only.....Thanks for looking Don any questions call 215-380-9666
