2003 Chevrolet Corvette 50th Anniversary Convertible Low Miles

This is a pampered 2003 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible (50th Anniversary Edition). I purchased the car in March 2004 with 1,191 miles on it and it has been my baby ever since. This car has never been driven in snow or rain! It is completely accident free, and has all original paint. The color is 50th Anniversary Red with Shale interior and wheels. This 50th Anniversary custom color looks candy apple red in the sun and was only available on the 50th anniversary edition. This heated and carpeted garage kept corvette is a 6 speed manual and has many cosmetic and performance enhancements.

Cosmetically, a custom wood ring shift knob was added, Corvette letters along the glove box and rear fascia, as well as along with a custom decal for the steering wheel logo, a custom cargo mat, and chrome door sill plates. All of these additions are GM authorized accessories.

The car originally came with a stock 350 horsepower engine. The additions that I made, has brought the horsepower up to approximately 410. Those additions include a Magna-flo cat back exhaust, which gives the car a very deep and smooth sound both at startup and upon acceleration. The sound is not like those on other performance cars. It is a sound that both men and women are highly attracted to. I added a GM authorized air induction system that made a huge difference in the cars responsiveness. The car breathes so much better with it! K&N Air filter, and better hoses. This car is far superior performance wise to the stock version.

I am a big Griot’s Garage fan, so I have my own buffing and waxing equipment. Since my garage is heated I can wax the car regardless of the temperature outside. I routinely do this 4 times a year. As you can see, this is a really nice 50th Anniversary Corvette. I have only used 100% fully synthetic Mobil 1 oil, and have averaged 2,000 miles a year on the vehicle. The car has been used simply for pleasure use. Now it’s possibly your turn as I am purchasing a new ZO6 model and must say goodbye to my long term friend.
