This is a 1969 Camaro SS 396 With less than 1000 miles on a total restoration befor it was wrecked. It is an X 66 designated 396 4 speed car according to the cowl build tag.Which makes it a very rare find. The motor is a 396 pushing about 500 hose power. The transmission is a Tremec TKO 5 speed.Rear end is a 373 positraction. No expense was spared in putting this drive train togeather to make it virtually "Bullet Proof". The body on this car is absolutely "Rust Free".The only body work that was done is the left quarter was replaced. Not sure why.But this body is definately SOLID! The complete front clip will have to be replaced including the subframe and rt. suspension.Left suspension is fine. The cowl on the rt. side will need to be pulled and repaired.I know from experience that they pull very easily. The right side floors have minor damage where the sub frame hit.The right door is buckled but can be repaired. The right quarter is dented and can be repaired easily. The paint on this car is nice so the rest of the body should require very little prep work. The interior is in great shape although it will need a good cleaning from sitting so long.It has a center console with all the factory gauges and a tachometer in the dash. The dash does have some damage around the radio opening. It also can be repaired. There are 2 sets of factory fenders also. One set will deed to be dipped. The other set require a little body work around the headlight ends. All togeather this car is is very repairable. Many more photos available upon request. Will answer any and all questions.
