Offered for sale on behalf of the original owner is this 100% original 1978 Chevrolet Camaro Z28. This vehicle was purchased new by a sexy 21 year old girl and is still owned today by that same beautiful woman. Bought as a replacement for her crashed 1969 Camaro, she has maintained ownership since new and has decided it's time for another owner to enjoy this classic beauty.
As stated, the car is 100% original. No paint or body work has ever been done to this car. The paint is factory original. The body is straight, clean and rust free. The interior is immaculate. Seat covers have kept the front seats like new and the rear seat was seldom used. The little she has driven the car over the last 10 years has been to move it or have some basic maintenance. The miles are 100% accurate. There are a few minor cosmetic flaws, such as the black trim paint peeling off the chrome trim in spots, but no major dents or damage.
The car runs and drives but will need some mechanical work. The brakes need an overhaul, the carburetor could use a rebuild, and I'm sure a motor "freshen up" is in order. All are things one should expect in a 38 year old original car. If you are looking for a ready-to-go daily driver, look onward.
