1972 Chevrolet Camaro Z28

This is my dad's authentic Z28. It's a 1972. factory 4 spd manual car with it's original motor. The motor has been verified to be it's numbers matching engine. Catalyst sticker in the front by the radiator says "DZ 350". Cowl Tag is in place. The "L" in this cars vin # suggests z28 motor. 255 HP which was the highest z28 horsepower rating (If you had a "T" in your 72 Z28's vin. it'd be the 245HP 350 motor). The original OEM aluminum air intake is there (looks like it has a snowflake in the front of the intake). Heads are believed to be original to the engine as well. Anyways. this car is awesome. I've spent some time around it and underneath and its's as solid as you can hope to find. I'm not kidding. There is no rot on it anywhere. Quarter's. floor. trunk floor. doors. everything is in rock solid condition. Has only some surface rust underneath. Previous owner stored this car on pavement. in his garage. for many years. My dad had the motor rebuilt the end of last year and had the car running out of a gas can. He was trying to finish assembly on the car when he realized his property taxes are due and is forced to sell it as-is. He put some new carpet in it also. He has some of the dash. He's got the gauges for it. And I don't know what else. Miscellaneous emblems and so on. The transmission and rear end are in it and believed to be original to the car also. This car came from the factory silver with black ralleye stripes and black interior. It is now in primer. The car's body lines and panel fitment are nice. This is not a bondo junk and was never in an accident. It was originally a split bumper car. This car will run once electric. fuel. and coolant are hooked up to it. I sold a 1968 firebird on here recently and the new owner was very happy (look through my feedback for that listing if you can). Many people during that listing were very hesitant to trust my descriptions. Folks. I build and restore these cars. When I say that more than likely you will never see another z28. manual trans. car. in as rust free condition this car is in. believe me. I mean what i say.
