Simply a great Truck. Everything works. all maintaince is top notch. Starts Runs Drives Excellent. No shakes. no shimmys no vibrations at any speed or when braking. The Goodwrench 50 has about 20k miles on it and it starts idle perfect. no hesitation with acceleration. Tuned perfect and maintained Quadrajet. All the engine accesories are in top working order. See pics but they really do not do justice. I last drove this from Scottdale Arizona where I bought it from the 2nd owner ( the secretary of state let me keep the 1980 title from 2nd owner for my records of proof of ownership) 2180 miles to Jacksonville Florida arriving the last weekend 28th February 2015. I then drove it from Jacksonville to Savanna GA. and non-stop except for gas to Detroit. I arrived 2 days ago at March 4th 6:45 am. The truck never skipped a beat. I lost one two of the originial hubcaps on the 3300 mile road trip. There is no reason why you cannot fly in and drive it home. There is no rust on it or on the body underside or on frame. brake lines fuel lines ect. It has cruise control but is not connected to work. The radio tunes in and plays but it is as old as the truck and the fidelity is that of a speaker in a can. it sounds like cheap 1978. I never changed it because its kind of a time capsule to 1978 for me. The interior shows wear from being used the last 35 years. Do not have to worry about spilling anything or staining anything too bad. Seat fabric is worn through but it has always had a light end of spectrum guy driving it weight wise. the seat is not broken down and uncomfortable. Seat belts work. Windows were not used much as the a/c has always been kept in working order. They are tight but are sticky. They have been getting easer and easier as I have been putting them up and down. All the guages work. RH/LH tanks work. each is a 25 gallon tank or so. The front suspension is all tight and maintained and good to go. There is too any new parts to list really but I will try. New battery. Everything was done with the crate motor install and doesnt need anything to jump in and drive anywhere but maybe a oil change. The A/C is in working order. Alternator. water pump. and belts an hoses are all new or less than 3 years old. Trans was rebuilt some years ago. No receipts but it shifts excellent. on time. firmly. and will down shift as it should when it should. The exhaust is all new. The camper top has interior lighting at both the front an back (4 interior lights in the camper all together and 1 outside the back door and they all work. The camper is actual camper style not a cap. The original tail gate and hardware are included. there is no rust on the tail gate or hardware. The shocks and goodyear wranglers were installed before I left Scottsdale. they have about 3400 miles on them since new February 20th. The shocks are new gabriel ultra front back. Brakes/rotors/drums have less than 10k miles on them. brakes perfect. Parking brake works no problems. 52. 000 miles showing. The 2nd owner I bought it from said it was original miles and the motor wore out from his 1 miles trips to stores and short 40 mile camping trips. I tend not to believe it but it does run and ride better than any C10 i have ever had. I think it might be 150k. The speedometer does not bounce or at all as usual with those that have flipped. It is a very tight running driving truck. Rims/Tires: I am selling my chevy with the original hubcaps and steel wheels and the new good year wranglers. I uploaded the best and clearest of all the photos I have of it. The custom wheels are not included. I had the on for a while but are not being sold with it in this listing. Thats about its.
