Description

You are bidding on a 1999 Chevrolet P30 Step Van in good condition. The 5. 7L small block 350 gas motor runs strong and reliably. In the three years I've had it. I've changed the starter and the alternator. Otherwise. it just runs. It is driven 2-3 times per week for light construction jobs. It was a fleet vehicle in eastern Colorado from 1999 - 2012. meaning regular maintenance and lots of highway miles with no road salt. The body is an all aluminum body built by Union City Bodies. The box is large - 16ft from behind the driver to the back. Barn doors in the back. Sliding doors in front. Interior height is 6'8" and the width is 7'2". All lights and signals work. Interior is built out for construction. including tools shelving. chop saw stand. drawers and work bench space. It is also wired for 110v AC with outlets throughout. The 110 can be used either by plugging into house power. or via the 2000 watt inverter. The inverter is connected to a complete solar power array. which feeds a bank of batteries. The solar system is complete with panels. charge controller. batteries and inverter. I'm including the solar system because I don't have anywhere else to use it. If you would like. I can remove it. There are minor mechanical issues. Leak from the front windshield seal leaves a little water in the cab. One windshield has a crack. but well out of the field of vision and has been there for 3 years. The right-side blinker doesn't shut off automatically (but works fine). Fuel gauge doesn't work. Instrument panel light doesn't work (not sure if it's a bulb or a fuse. but only slightly annoying at night. so not looking into it). Outside is painted with Rustoleum Osha Red oil based paint. (with a roller and I must say it looks very good) Brooklyn gets you tagged all the time. so I regularly roll it to keep it looking nice. Tires are fair. Three of the 6 are good. two are not so good and one is quite bad. I have a spare. Truck has a governor on it which caps speed at 65MPH. There's no need to go faster than that in this truck. Clear CO title. Truck is for sale locally. I reserve the right to end auction if it is sold here. Food Truck. Taco Truck. Bread Truck. Panel Van
