The Chevrolet El Camino is a coupe utility vehicle produced by the Chevrolet division of General Motors for the 1959-1960 model years in response to the success of its rival. Ford Ranchero. Production resumed for the 1964-1977 model years based on the Chevelle platform. and continued for the 1978-1987 model years based on the Malibu. The body is very solid and sound. The car has been custom painted in a brilliant purple with a custom flame paint job that goes from pearl white to yellow. orange to red and a blue pinstripe separates the flames from the purple body. The paint seriously pops and is sure to turn heads! The chrome is in excellent condition and shines brilliantly. Inside. it appears as if the bucket seats were reupholstered with black vinyl and look great. The black carpet. door panels and headliner also look great. The dashboard is black as well and shows no signs of cracking or fading.
