The previous owner to him owned this car since the mid 70's. One unique thing about this Corvette is that the VIN is one digit off of what is on the drivetrain. I am assuming somewhere down the line at the factory the drivetrains got switched. So you could say that this is still the original drivetrain as it was delivered. The gentleman that owned it all those years had no idea that VIN was wrong until we told him. The motor has never been out of the car.
