2006 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD Duramax Diesel

2006 Chevy Silverado 2500HD pickup, Duramax Diesel, Allison 6 speed automatic, 2wd. LS trim package, manual windows and door locks, cruise control, AC, split bench seat.
If you know Duramax Diesels then you know that in 2006 and 2007 all the engines had the mechanicals of the LBZ motor that is so highly coveted. So, even though the VIN for this truck says LLY the engine is a LBZ mechanically. It's a great motor and the 6 speed Allison is outstanding. There is no blow-by or indications of any engine trouble. Starts right up at the turn of the key and runs great. No check-engine light either.
Everything works including AC. No warning lights on. Bone stock; never had a tuner, modifications or a hot-rod driver. No rust either. Clean and ready to go to work. Has a trailer hitch and wiring as well as a bedliner. Never towed a fifth wheel or a gooseneck. Would be an excellent second truck for a landscaping crew or to start hauling cars or campers on uship. Gets great fuel mileage--I recently got 21 mpg on a highway trip.
Was an interstate refrigerated delivery truck so it has high highway miles.However, it has an extensive maintenance history, new batteries, recent PM and good tires. Truck has 406k miles on body, 230k on engine, 100k on trans rebuild. The company that owned it before me had several of these same year/model trucks. One of the trucks that had 230k miles was in an accident so they switched the engine into this truck. When I bought it they were very excited to tell me that the original engine with more than 350k miles was running perfectly at the time they swapped it. Pretty cool.
FULL DISCLOSURE: Here's everything I know that's wrong with the truck:-Some dents on right rear behind the wheel and left rear over the wheel-Passenger side battery hold-down is missing-A couple backlights behind the radio buttons are out-Some wind noise around the driver's door because the weatherstripping is loose-One of the tires is not the same brand as the others but has similar tread life remaning-Normal wear and tear commensurate with the age and miles.
