1963 Chevrolet Biscayne 409

All original Paint, Interior, Glass, Chrome. Original Floor Mats (not carpeted), Radio Delete, and original stock column dash tachometer. 66,000 original miles.

409 cu inch with Borg Warner 4 speed transmission with a Vintage Hurst Comp Plus Straight Line Shifter.

1st owner drag raced her for several years at the Ohio Drag strips then street drove it for a few years before storing it in his garage (not barn) to be rebuilt. It sat there for 40 years and he passed away.

His son sold it to owner #2. He purchase the car last year. He did not trust the car after sitting 40 years so he did the following work to it. All new brakes, wheel cylinders, brake lines, master cylinder. New gas tank and gas line. Suspension, new springs and shocks. Headers were rotted out so he hunted down and found a set of stock exhaust manifolds that he paid $800 for.

He then installed an entire new 2 1/2"exhaust system. The bottom of the car is just as nice as the top. No rot anywhere. Installed a new 4 core radiator with all new hoses. He put 4 new tires with period correct American Mag Wheels.

He completely rebuilt the 409, crank ground, rings all new bearings and balanced. Block decked and heads planed. All new valves, seats and guides. New Comp Cam .540 lift with complete valve train. New Edelbrock Intake and New Edelbrock 500cfm carburetors. New HEI distributor with new wires.

I had the front seat re - upholstered with NOS seat cover.
