On Aug-31-16 at 10:19:43 PDT, seller added the following information:

There is an odometer flag on the car report. I have done research as to why this is showing a flag, andI have documentation on a .pdf file that Iwould be happy toemail anyone who has questions as to why the flag is showing. It is an error on the report:

On the Certificate of Title,I purchasedthe car on 11/19/14 for but no odometer reading is on the certificate. Marion Co. MVD reported to me that they do not report mileage on cars this old.

On the copy of the back of the title, whenI purchased the car, the odometer reading was 28, 238.

On the Certificate of Title when the original owner sold it to the person whomI purchased it from, the odometer reading was 20,250, dated 12-15-89.

When you look at the report on ebay, it shows reported mileage of 20,250 on 11/19/14. This is not accurate as the mileage was 28,238 when we purchased the car.
