I am selling a 2012 Chevrolet Suburban LT.This car is being sold from a private corporate limousine company, and was a single driver car (not driven by multiple drivers). It hasa clean title (no liens or anything), no mechanical issues, never in any type of accident, and has always been babied and very well maintained. It was bought brand new (original owner) from GM directly, and has always been garage kept.The car currently has 138K miles on it, but you'd never be able to tell due to the condition. It is an AWD LT model, black outside, and black inside.Options includeleather interior/heated seats, 3rd row seat, rear vents, towing package, rear passenger audio controls, allpower options, alarm, keyless entry, etc. The car was serviced in-house and from the dealer from the beginning and needs nothing. Itdrives excellent and will take you anywhere!

EXTERIOR:

The outside of the car is inexcellent condition. It was always garage kept, and definitely shows it. There are no dents/scratches, nothing like that. Just a few light "surface scratches" and a couple of scuffs on the bumpers- nothing too noticeable. The body itself is very straight and excellent.Paint on car is overall very glossy and looks beautiful!

INTERIOR:

The interior of the car is in excellent condition as well.The leather seats are all supple and look great. Heat is hot/AC is cold, and all power/electronic options work as they should. It is a non-smoker car.

MECHANICALLY

Let me first start out by saying that I wouldn't hesitate to drive this car tomorrow from New York to Florida and then back. Considering the maintenance and the condition,you canbe assured it isin excellent shape mechanically.The car has always been looked upon and does not currently need anything. Maintenance has always been kepton it,and it'sready to go anywhere.

As a final note, all I can say is that this car is in excellent condition all around.
