I AM SELLING THE BEASTER!
I have no complaints on the Beast! A 2011 Chevy 4WD 4 Door- the back doors fold all the way back to the body~! It is a strong truck. She only has 149.000 miles. I am selling because I am buying a new one- ol girl here is 5 years old, and, TAX season is upon us- I am ready to depreciate a new one! ;-) Let me tell ya what you are looking at here: She's a 2011, 4WD, 4Door, Short bed, Work edition- so she hasvinylfloor covering- I LOVE- no carpet to get wet and smell bad! Interior is nice- there are a few worn spots on the front seat and arm rest, but it is clean! We had the windows tinted professionally with a 2nd degree tint- very nice! We changed out the standard headlights for Halo's- they light up the night! Clean, bright white light! The thing I really love about this truck is the after market X-Metal grille we installed... it is powder coated, and totally changes the front end of the truck- SWEET! The spare tire is new- never been on the ground, and, the other four tires have about 6000 miles on them- THEY ARE 17'S, AND, they are on chrome mags that are ok, but, I am afraid I didn't do a very good job keeping them clean of salt this past winter, and they are pretty pitted- but, look good from a distance! ;-) I just put new brakes and rotors on the front, and that is the only work I've ever had to do to her! She has a plastic bed liner- which is a life saver if you haul anything like I do! I can slide a tool box in there along with a load of lumber- I am the constant re-modeler- and never worry about scuffing my bed! There is also a diamond plate tool box that I have no idea how people live without!She also has a TOW / CAMPER PACKAGE, WITH CLASS 3 RECEIVER HITCH.I pull my 24 ft camper down the road, doing 65 on the interstat, and you can't tell it's back there!Almost 3 years ago, my son had an 07- looked identical to the Beaster, he was home from just getting out of the Army after 12 long years, when lo and behold, a drunk driver hit son's truck while it was parked in front of my house- it totaled it. He loved his truck, so I got online trying to find a replacement- I found this one in Tampa, and, he and I flew down, picked it up, and had a nice drive back home to Illinois. Long story short, I am the one ended up with the truck, because I like it better than he did, and, I am ready for a different one! I will be honest this truck has a feature that drives me crazy- if you have low air in your tires, it throws up a code light- which happened before I changed out tires and rims a few times, and I hated it- I am old fashioned! It will also come up when the oil needs changed, etc... lol it just seems crazy to me! So there ya have it... She aint perfect, but, she's still a good truck! As I said before- she has pings and a scratches, but, as you can see from the photos, they are not serious! GET TO BIDDING, WHATCHA WAITIN ON??? ;-)
THIS IS WINTER BEFORE LAST... SON WOKE UP TO BEING SNOWED IN! MOM HAD TO COME PULL HIS BIG TRUCK FREE OF THE SNOW DRIFT! HAHAHAHA.This is how the scratches came to be on the front bumper- I let my 4 and 5 yr old grandsons clear the ice from Maw's truck before we took off! lol not bad scratches, and, Maw was grateful for the help!
