Description

1972 Chevelle SS, the engine was replaced with a complete rebuilt 383 stroker with 1400 miles. And a new TCI transmission with about 400 miles on it. The rear end still has the original gearing. Which are great "highway" gears. It is a fast car and runs great on the highway. If I was to keep the car that would be my next project. To add 3.73 or even 4.11 gearing where you would have no problem taking it to a drag strip.
It also has new dash Autometer gauges and an updated stereo that can easily be removed if buyer wants to make the car look more original. I saved most of the original parts taken from car as well.

-383 stroker engine with 1400 miles on the engine with 450-480 hp
-The car itself has a little over 99,000 miles. But everything had been updated mechanically and electrically. The body is in great shape.

- new TCI street fighter transmission, rated at 575hp
-new 2400 TCI stall converter
-engine has 11.0 to 1 compression 3.750 St. Crankshaft
-.30 bored over Pistons
-Howard cams
-Holley 750 Double pumper carburetor
-Summit Roller Rocker arms
-Edelbrock performer RPM cylinder heads
-Autometer dash gauges.
- Proper care has been put into breaking in the new engine. With 1400 miles the oil has been changed 5 times.
-I also have all the receipts for all engine parts and and all other parts installed on the car since I've owned it.
-Pioneer head unit in a custom build box under the dash. Pioneer component speakers up front and behind the seats. Nothing is cut out for the sound system. And all stereo equipment can easily be removed for a stock look.
- I have the original guages, steering wheel, and a lot of other parts the buyer can have with the car. If of any interest. The car was pretty much original when I bought it.
