91 Chevy Lumina

Problems= Cracked windshield, driver door handle broke off (door still works). Has this weird idle issue, runs but then won't start after a few hours. Like when I go run errands it will stop, but if I let the car sit a while it will start up. Taken it to a few shops no one can find the problem, I have no more money to invest in the car. She's in great shape, little rust, definitely worth salvaging.
Brand new= Gas tank and gas lines, windshield wipers. Proof with receipts.
Been given oil changes and tune ups.
