The pictures don't lie. I have a 1998 Camaro in near showroom condition. It has a bad 3.8 engine, 175k miles. It drives 100% like it is new including new battery and new tires, cold A/C. Absolutely ridiculous condition everywhere, everything works as it should and white glove clean. There are no aftermarket modifications and is a completely factory correct car. I'm expecting to give it a 3.8 donor engine swap and market the car for around $5000.00.

The car needs a Camaro Freak that wants the perfect canvas for a show quality car. Engines are not my area of experience but I can honestly see this car with a dressed V/8 high performance engine ! It needs nothing else to be show ready in my opinion and is near flawless. Not 100% everywhere but damn close. Look close at the pictures, never any body work and all lines including the doors line up showroom perfect. I was only able to drive the car about 100 miles before the engineseizedand can say that it drives without flaw. Smooth shifting auto trans, new brakes, very nice suspension and exhaust and the front end feels like a new car. On the highway it drove straight and true with no pulling in either direction and the steering wheel was dead center.
This is not a car for me, I'm 58 years old and a truck guy. My plan was to repair or replace the engine and sell for profit. I have no emotional ties to it. Before I drop a lame 3.8 engine into her I want to give my Camaro Friends and opportunity to have a very hard to find classic in ridiculous condition. I would believe with a dressed high performance engine the car would be valued at an easy $10,000.00.
I assure you it needs absolutely nothing more than a replacement engine.
