1999 Diesel Chevrolety Express 3500 15 Passenger Van in good condition

This van has been owned and operated by a summer camp for boys in Pennsylvania since 2001. It was purchased used from a dealer and was in certified used condition at the time. Since we transport children in this van, we have always done all the maintenance required over the years. It has been meticulously maintained. The only things I have ever opted not to repair were either cosmetic or non safety issues, such as the air conditioning leak. The van's air conditioning was working up until this summer. We had had it charged a few years ago, so I'm assuming is has a slow leak.
