2004 Suburban 4x4 Z71 Leather DVD Sunroof Automatic Alloys All Power

You are bidding on a 2004 Chevy Suburban Z71 with leather seats and AWD/4WD. The vehicle is in good condition please refer to pictures. It has an oil leak that needs to be fixed we are not sure how bad the leak is and what exactly it needs but it appears to be leaking from the seals this vehicle runs and drives but does sometimes smell like oil from the leaking. The vehicle also makes a clicking sound when driving which we believe is caused from the oil leak. Also the right side passenger window needs a new motor put in it. The Passenger Mirror has a crack in it and needs replaced but still works. One of the third row seat belts does not work due to my child goofing off and becoming stuck in it and having to be cut out of it. The dealership told us it can be turned into a lap belt and that it will still work. This Car runs and drives and does not overheat. The engine appears strong despite the oil leak but we have decided to sell due to needing a vehicle with better gas mileage. This car has power leather seats. and the front driver and passenger seats are heated. The Vehicle has dual air controls so the passenger and driver don't have to share the heater or air conditioner. The vehicle has an aftermarket cd player as well as a sunroof. power locks. power windows. 4 wheel drive and all wheel drive. This vehicle is truly luxury. and is a great deal!The mileage is currently at 191. 00 and the tittle is owned free and clear and is not salvaged ! Things that we replaced on this vehicle include new tires around 6 months ago that costed $800. a new starter replaced 3 months ago. a new motor for the driver side window and we replaced the alternator around 7 months ago. We have also been doing regular oil changes. The vehicle has tags and registration that is up to date and no liens.
