2002 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD LT 4x4 Duramax LB7 Diesel with CM Flatbed• 238. 00 miles• VIN 1GCHK231X2F227922• Clean NM Title but please allow 30 days after close of auction for delivery of title. Truck does not have a lien but GMAC still has the title. • Truck spent most of its life in hot. dry. Southern New Mexico – absolutely zero rust. • Black on Black with dual heated power leather seats. power windows. power door locks. cruise control. OnStar. and all the extras. • $1500. 00 aftermarket Kenwood stereo system with 6-channel amp. subwoofer and Kenwood speakers. Bluetooth compatible head unit. • Front grille guard / push-bumper• A/C and heater work excellent. • 40-Channel CB Radio – needs a new antenna (damn low-clearance parking lots)• CM Flatbed with hidden gooseneck hitch. • 2. 00lb electric hoist – currently disconnected - may need TLC to rewire it but the winch works fine. • All 8 injectors replaced by the dealership at 177. 00 miles. • K&N Fuel Injection Performance Kit (FIPK) with 6 month old K&N filter• Clean CarFax -- one minor accident in 2010 -- I was rear-ended at a stop light by a 17-year old in a tank. She did minor damage to the rear bumper and the bed. I used the insurance money to purchase the flatbed. so there's no evidence of the accident. No other damage anywhere else on the truck. • BFG All Terrains - Load Range 'E' - 40% left• Factory tow package with trailer brake controller• 4x4 High and Low function flawlessly and the monster Allison tranny shifts smoothly through all gearsStuff you should fix:• You'll want to fix the fuel filler hose. When we put the flatbed on it. the stock filler hose was too long. so you have to baby it when you're filling the tank or it will back up and overflow. This has never been annoying enough for me to fix. but if I were buying a new truck. I'd probably fix it. While you're at it. you may want to check the fuel level sending unit -- the fuel gauge is usually pretty close but there have been a couple times when it stuck. It's on top of the fuel tank. which. with the flatbed. is pretty easy to get to. There's literally not one other single thing wrong with it that I'm aware of. Starts right up. runs. tows. hauls. does everything a 3/4-ton diesel should do. If we hadn't just bought a new shop truck and a new (to us) 1-ton for our new (bigger) horse trailer. I wouldn't be selling it. A brief history:I bought the truck in 2003 with 14. 00 miles on it and I've owned it ever since. It was originally delivered to Vancouver. BC. then sold to a dealership in Western Washington. where I bought it. Over the years. I've used it as a daily commuter. for occasional towing. and. most recently. to haul 1200lbs of certified test weights from job site to job site for our scale business. The truck has never been abused -- regular Amsoil oil changes and serviced at the dealership. In 13 years. the only thing besides the injectors that ever needed fixing was the housing on the fuel filter. which randomly cracked one day. That's a phenomenal "total cost of ownership" for a diesel truck. The truck is located in Southern New Mexico. just outside of El Paso. Texas. If you're flying in to get it. fly to El Paso. I may be willing to meet you somewhere along the way for the price of diesel fuel and an airplane ticket home from wherever we meet. More Pictures coming soon. stay tuned. It's on top of the fuel tank. which. with the flatbed. is pretty easy to get to. • The flatbed could stand a good sand blasting and repaint. but there's no rust on it and it's functional so I never did it. The 7-way trailer plug works fine but I was pulling a gooseneck with a short electric cord and it broke the housing on the plug. so it kind of just hangs there. Works fine. Just hangs there. There's literally not one other single thing wrong with it that I'm aware of. Starts right up. runs. tows. hauls. does everything a 3/4-ton diesel should do. If we hadn't just bought a new shop truck and a new (to us) 1-ton for our new (bigger) horse trailer. (and if my wife wasn't making me) I wouldn't be selling it. I've used it as a daily commuter. for occasional towing. and. most recently. to haul 1200lbs of certified test weights from job site to job site for our scale business. We put the CB in it because we used it as our "support vehicle" whenever we took the jeeps out (it was the official "beverage transport vehicle"). For the last six months. it hasn't been driven much. We only drive the truck every other week or so to get hay. The truck is located in Southern New Mexico. just outside of El Paso. Texas. If you're flying in to get it. fly to El Paso.
