We purchased the car from a local. private owner. He purchased the car in Arizona in 1998. Its restoration was done in the early 1990s. According to the "Box A" Arizona title. the car itself has just over 51. 00 original miles. It's equipped with a 327 engine. 4-speed manual transmission. power steering. four wheel disc brakes. hard & soft tops. factory air conditioning. AM/FM radio with power antenna and leather seat upholstery. The body is solid. straight and very good panel fit. Its panels appears to be original. It has old paintwork in original code "FF" Nassau Blue. The paint is in fair condition but has a very cool patina finish and lots of chips. However. its exterior bumpers. tail lights. and door handles are excellent. The interior is stock white code "450". It is very clean and well kept but has some fading and wear. The seat upholstery was replaced with leather and has some cracking. The carpets aren't very worn but are faded. The dashes and door panels have no cracks or warping. The white factory soft top is fair with no big rips or tears. The back plastic window has turned brown. The factory hardtop is in very good condition with a very good headliner. paint. trim and back glass. It's equipped with a 1967 KL suffix code 327 engine and number matching 4-speed transmission. The car is in very good running and driving condition. It has a few upgrades including a 1966 350hp aluminum intake (3890490) and high horsepower finned Corvette valve covers. The fuel tank. sending unit and fuel pump were just replaced. The carb was also rebuilt. It has brand new rotors and calipers on all four corners. The air conditioning system is complete and hooked up but has no freon. It is one of only 2. 23 cars with factory air conditioning very few of which were roadsters. The gauges. radio. power antenna. brake lights and turn signals are all functional. Only the LH headlight door is not working. Overall. the Corvette makes a very nice driver just the way it is. Given is options it is worthy of high quality restoration. The car is very fairly priced at ONLY $39. 00.
