The frame was boxed with 1/4 inch plate. nbsp;front to rear and was sent to be powered coated black. $2. 00REAR AXLE sand blasted and painted flat black. A new pinion seal. wheel bearings and grease seals installed. The rear brakes have new wheel cylinders. brake shoes. spring kits. brake drums and emergency brake cables. $850REAR SUSPENSION re-built with a re0arched springs. new center bolts. U-bolts. shackles. breather hose and finished off with new shock absorbers. $650FRONT SUSPENSION was also completely disassembled and rebuilt. new parts include the pitman arm. idler arm. center link bar. inner and outer tie rod ends and adjusting sleeves. upper and lower ball joints. sway bar bushings and end line hardware. upper and lower control arm bushings. wheel bearings. grease seals. front shocks. brake hoses. calipers. nbsp;rotors. and brake pads. Lastly a new AGR power steering box was installed. $1. 25ENGINE was sent to a machine shop where the block was cooked. line bored. zero decked and bored . 030 over standard. The crankshaft checked out good and the journals were polished. New pistons. main rod and cam bearings installed. On the top end. a new cam shaft. dart heads. lifters. 3/8 inch pushrods. roller rockers were installed and topped off with Dart valve covers. and Dart intake manifold. All of this yielded a 9. 8 to 1 compression ratio. $6. 00ADDITIONAL ENGINE COMPONENTS include a new MSD E-Curve distributor. with ceramic spark plug wires. ALL new parts: Holley 770 SFM Street Avenger carburetor. power steering pump. fan clutch. water pump. water hoses. and serpentine belt. The air condition and cooling systems were upgraded with a 134a retro fit kit. new accumulator. Replaced radiator with aluminum high flow. $2. 50TRANSMISSION is a rebuilt G 700R-4 with all new clutches. a wide Kevlar band. corvette servo. shift kit and 2500 rpm stall torque converter. $2. 50EXHAUST is handled with stock cast iron manifolds that have been ported. polished. and ceramic coated. The were sealed and edged in gloss black. HOOD was media blasted. etch primer. sealed and the bottom painted and edged gloss black. $1. 00CAB doors were removed and dismantled. Windshield and back glass were removed. Outside of cab and doors were media blasted etch primer. and jammed gloss black. $1. 00BOX was media blasted. etch primer. gas cap door removed. The TAILGATE HANDLE was shaved. Box and tailgate were sealed. A box liner was sprayed in the box. $1. 50FRAME PREP FOR ASSEMBLY OF TRUCK a new gas tank with a new fuel pump and sending unit was installed. All new gas lines. brake lines. emergency brake cables were installed. New cab and core support bushings installed.
