2001 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible

Just in time for the warm summer weather - a 2001 customized Corvette convertible. Less than 8. 00 miles on all performance equipment. This car has all of the factory options. Base engine was 350HP. Performance additions: Open Air intake with K&N filter. Top end of engine has been modified to include a Comp cam. lifters. and Kooks headers. The headers run into three inch exhaust pipes and flow out through a Corsa exhaust system. An extra drive belt was installed to run the accessories - like the air conditioner - to maximize performance. There are electric powered cut outs installed on the three inch pipes by the rear wheels so you can run this car quietly or with straight headers - control switch is on the console. I had a RPM Performance transmission and torque converter installed to handle the additional horsepower. The original aluminum wheels have been replaced with 2008 Grand Sport chrome wheels from Corvette Mike's. This car has been dyno tuned for maximum engine performance and the transmission was also tuned on the dyno. The dyno report shows 400 horsepower to the rear wheels. Normal wear on the interior but no tears or cuts on the leather seats. The interior features Llyods floor mats with the C5 logo and Llyods trunk mat and trunk lid mat both with the C5 logo. The felt mat under the hood has been painted and the logo painted to match the custom paint on the exterior. The exterior has been custom painted - no stick-ons - and is a head turner. I also have a removable wind screen that keeps the interior quiet with the top down. Every car show I go to many people take pictures of it and some pose their kids with it! The last show I did was an all Corvette show featuring over 100 C1 - C7 Corvettes and this car got a trophy for Top 20 in the show. I am the second owner - bought this car in 2002 and it had 7600 miles on it. Garage kept with cover on it. The convertible top is in perfect condition. Very. very clean car. Clear title.
