1953 Chevy 3100 pickup very original 1/2 ton short truck bed AD solid SURVIVOR

1953 Chevy 3100Up for auction is a very original and super solid 1953 Chevrolet 3100 short bed. There aren't many trucks like this left. Most of these trucks were farm trucks or work trucks that were used. abused. and then left in a field to rot. Not this one! This truck is an unmolested survivor. It has spent its entire life in a garage and it shows. This truck has it original 235 and original 4 speed trans. Its still 6 volt. Has working heat. speedo. gauges. lights. and runs very well. Pull the choke and it fires right up! It shifts smoothly. has good power. and doesn't leak. smoke. knock. or tick. It has a brand new set of Coker classic whitewalls. We polished the truck and it shined right up! It still retains some of it original paint! It looks awesome and has just enough patina to give it some character!The paint on the inside is original. and looks awesome! It has a factory radio which you don't see very often. Original rubber mat. original knobs. switches. ect on the dash. Nice seat. door panels. and headliner. The wood in the bed is original and very solid. The truck has all its original emblems. door handles. etc on the exterior. The doors open and close very nice! The latches work well. The windows roll up and down smoothly. This truck had spent the last 25 years tucked away in the corner of a garage without seeing daylight . after the owner passed away many years ago. We hauled it home and brought it back to life! We went through the carb. fuel pump. and cleaned the tank. Installed a new master cylinder. brake hoses. wheel cylinders. and shoes. Flushed the radiator and installed a new fuel pump. The truck fired right up!As you can see in the pictures. this is a very dry and solid truck!
