This has been my toy for a few summers and now I have finished up another car. so hopefully the Chevelle can find a new home. The body of the car over all is solid. It was painted in 2000. So. it is not perfect. The floors and trunk are nice on it. There are some minor chips here and there. but no dents. The Chevelle has a newer crate engine in it from Jeg's. It was install about 5 years ago and had approximately 2000 miles on it. The four speed goes through the gears smoothly. I think it is a saginaw. There is not problem kicking it down and hitting second and drops into reverse with ease. It has new tires on the front and back. They are 20". The car goes down the road nice and straight. The brakes are real nice on it. They stop extremely well. The radio in it is there but it doesn't work. I have another radio for it. It needs the gas gag fixed (might be a bad ground) and the speedo isn't working. Overall this is an excellent running and driving car. Have taken in to many car shows and put plenty of miles on it. So. you shouldn't have any worries to take it out and have some fun. Let's put it this way. I parked next to a restored 440 road runner and the guy had out all the plaques and misc. to promote his car. well. I had easily 10:1 more pictures of my car than his. It is definitely a people's choice type car. I have clean. clear title in my name. Call me if you would like more info. Tim 763-245-6507central time zone
