Helping my father-in-law sell his '95 Z28. He purchased it new in December of 1994. He is retired and the car has never been abused in any way. When he wasn't using the car. it was always garaged at his home in Riverside (Southern California) and has never been in an accident. The original top is in fantastic shape for being 20 years old. and the black with graphite interior color combo looks great. I believe he has most of the service records and the original window sticker (see pictures). When looking at the pictures it's easy to see this Z28 has been cared for all of it's life. while only being driven 46. 20 miles. He is only selling the car because they are relocating to the East Coast. AutoCheck confirms the mileage and that this is a one owner car with no accidents. A regular 1995 Z28 on AutoCheck scores between 13 and 37. this car scores a 60. He believes the car is rare. due to it being a 6 speed and a convertible. I was curious. so I did a little research and found some production data online. Please note we are not claiming these numbers are accurate or that they've been verified by GM in any way. they were found on the fourms at www. ls1tech. com. According to these unverified numbers. GM made 129. 26 Camaros in 1995. Of that production. 41. 74 cars were Z28s. and of those. 8. 89 were Z28 convertibles. Of those 8. 89 Z28 convertibles. 2. 32 were optioned with a 6 speed. Of the Z28 6 speed convertibles produced. this data shows 674 were black. If these numbers are correct. this car is 1 of those 674. Below is the link to the document where I found the production numbers on ls1tech. If you go to page 3. it has the 1995 numbers. I looked under the "Z28 Convert" column. and the "M6" column. Again. we make no claims as to the accuracy of these numbers:1993-1997 Camaro Production No Breakdowns. pdfAfter 20 years. you can't help but wonder how many Z28 convertible 6 speed cars remain factory stock. have never been in an accident. have excellent factory paint and interior. with low miles. and are for sale by their original owner? He just had the oil changed and the car was also freshly detailed. When I asked him if it needed anything he noted the following:1) The A/C doesn't work2) The tires are Bridgestone Potenza RE910s. he wants any bidders to be aware the tires are old in terms of their "age" and recommends the new owner have them inspected to insure they are ok. They have tread and visually seem fine. but they are older tires. 3) The shocks are original. so he recommends the new owner have them inspected to insure they are ok. 4) There's some wear on the driver's side seat bolster. Finally. a reminder that this is a 20 year old car. and he has done his best to disclose everything he is aware of. However. it's still a used car and it is being sold without any kind of warranty or guarantee. It is being sold "as is" and "where is. " If you do not have the money - then please don't bid. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. My eBay feedback is perfect. and I've been on eBay since 1999.
