1953 Chevy Belair 150/210 Black Beauty

Up for auction is this very nice 1953 Chevy Belair. Black with white trim and lots of chrome. Black interior with red diamond tuck upholstery. Car was restored around 8 years ago and has only been driven less than 750 miles since. Second owner has shifted interest and ready to sell. This beauty has a 265 i6 with a mild cam. 3 speed manual with column shift. both rebuilt at time of restore. Dual exhaust with chrome tips. Car runs and drives at it should with no mechanical issues. Paint has some chips and surface scratches indicative of an 8 year old paint job but should buff out pretty good which will be done before it leaves the lot. Chrome is good but there is a small ding in the front grill that you can see in the pictures. Also a few small imperfections on the roof above the driver’s seat that are noticeable when looking closely. Car has original floor/trunk pans and has never been patched paneled. All in all this is an eye catcher and has won best of show and people’s choice awards at local car shows and meets. This car does not have any rust rot anywhere on it. has the original floor pans that are solid and rust free along with the trunk pan with the exception to some surface rust in areas that can't be reached and cleaned like inside the door hinges and so forth. Also it has never been involved in any accident what so ever and is straight and bondo free. It has been driven in dry weather by the currant owner and garage kept and covered. The previous owner who purchased the car when new stated that it was his pride and joy and only sold it because he couldn't drive and enjoy it any longer and wanted to passed it to someone who would enjoy it as he had.
