1999 Chrysler Sebring Convertible ~ Black ~ Paperwork Problems ~ Parking Tickets

Up for sale is my daughter's 1999 Chrysler Sebring Convertible. This car was owned by my brother. who is a mechanic. until the end of 2013. At the end of 2013. he gave it to my daughter. It sat for most of 2014 then she has been driving it for about the past 6 months. She has racked up 5 unpaid parking tickets. The vehicle is currently NOT running. My brother said he believes. based on the car's history and how I explained the problem to him. that it needs a new distributor. Current mileage is 117. 00. The car was transferred to my name in February 2015 but I never received the pink so I have an appointment at DMV on April 9th to clear it up. Located in 95817 zip code.
