Gray 2008 Chrysler 300 with Black Interior. Body is in Great Condition

This was a family vehicle purchased in November of 2012. Since then, had 2 children and recently upgraded to a small SUV. This vehicle is very spacious and can fit 5 people comfortably. A Large trunk for great storage. This is good on gas getting about 19 MPG city and about 25 MPG highway. When I got the car it had about 78k miles on it so I've only put less than 30k miles since I got it.
The only problem with the car is the door actuator on the passenger door.. It prohibits a person from entering the vehicle but doesn't cause any issues exiting. It costs about $130 for parts and labor to replace. I have both keys and the owners manual.
I am looking for someone to take immediate ownership of the vehicle.
