2005 Chrysler 300C 5.7 hemi same owner last 8 years detailed service records

Selling my 2005 Chrysler 300C 5.7 HEMI. I purchased this carapproximately 8 years ago with 27,702 miles on it. I have a very detailedmaintenancelog that goes with the car and i have all of the receipts for all service and repairs. The car has 160,000 miles on it now,my wife drove it to school were she works which is about 50 minutes one way. We average around 20mpg.
I have always run Mobil 1 synthetic oil in the engine. The car is stone stock and original with the exception of the large middle "butterfly muffler" has been replaced with an "X" pipe the exhaust sounds a little better with the rear resonators only. ( it's a car guy thing )
The overall appearance of the car is still very nice for a ten year old car. I'm a "car guy" in my upper 40's and i take very good care of my cars. The only flaws on the car are from a couple of very minor door dings and some light scratches,the front bumper cover has most of the wear from bugs, hips etc. I wax the car every 3 to 6 months.The headlights are starting to get faded.
The car has never been smoked in, nterior still looks very good with some minor staining in the light colored carpet. No tears or cracks etc.
Mechanicallythe car runs great the hemi pulls very strong. The airbag light in the dash has been on for about 6 years, didn't worry about it.
I have replaced the oem spark plugs a couple of times, he wires were replaced at 123k The trans fluid has been flushed once by the dealer.Therearendgear oil has also been changed.

All four tires have around 18k miles on them.front and rear brakes have around 37k on them
