The interior and exterior have been meticulously detailed. You won’t find a cleaner van! Even the seats were removed to facilitate a thorough cleaning of the carpets, eating and headliner. I believe whether it’s a $3,000 car or a $35,000 car it’s still a new car to you and it should feel like a new car when you get behind the wheel.

Please keep in mind you are bidding on a pre-owned vehicle. Everyday driving causes minor chips, ings or scratches on a vehicle.

I accept cash in person or bank wire transfer (preferred method of payment) PRIOR to the vehicle being released. A $500 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required within 24 hours of auction close via PayPal with the balance due within 7 days. TAXES AND HANDLING FEES:

I do NOT charge a Dealer Handling Fee! Isn’t that refreshing? The price you pay includes fees but DOES NOT include applicable sales tax, icensing or whatever fees may be charged in your area. If you live in Colorado I only collect taxes we would have in common. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, ounty, ity taxes and fees as well as any title and/or registration fees within the state that the vehicle will be registered.

EMISSIONS:

Every vehicle I sell has been tested at a local Air Care Colorado Facility and has passed the Colorado emissions. I provide the emissions certificate with the title. This emissions certificate in only good for Colorado, ou will be responsible for the costs involved for your own emissions testing, afety compliance and repairs if you live outside the State of Colorado.

SHIPPING:

The Buyer is responsible forthe pickup of this vehicle. I’m sorry, ut I do not have any shipping options available at this time. Should you want to make your own arrangements (at your expense) I would be happy to work with you and the shipper to facilitate that service. If you are flying into Denver to pick up your vehicle I will gladly pick you up at the airport, ust please make sure to arrange that with me. AT THIS TIME I ONLY SELL IN THE UNITED STATES. Winning bidder agrees they do not intend to and will not export the vehicle outside the United States for a period of one year.

DOCUMENTATION AND PAPERWORK:

Rocky Mountain Motors MUST receive a copy of the owner(s) VALID, TATE ISSUED driver’s license(s) when deposit is made. I will then overnight all the proper paperwork to you for signature(s) and you will need to return those to me within the 7 days.

TITLES AND VEHICLE DELIVERY:

All vehicles I sell have a clean, olorado title. I do not offer a vehicle for sale that I do not have a clean, olorado title in hand! The day you are able to pick up the vehicle I will hand you the title, o delay! The title and the vehicle will NOT be available until the balance of the purchase is paid in full, he payment has cleared the bank and all the necessary paperwork is properly completed and returned to me.

COMPLETING THE SALE:

Rocky Mountain Motors will contact the winning bidder via email or phone when the auction closes. The winning bidder MUST communicate with me by email or phone within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete the transaction. If Rocky Mountain Motors cannot confirm your intention to buy the vehicle or the sale is not completed within 7 days, ocky Mountain Motors reserves the right to relist this vehicle or sell it to another qualified buyer.
