1997 BMW 540i Dinan Upgrades

The car is in very good condition for its age and mileage. Runs great with no warning lights on at all. The car has a DINAN cold air intake, INAN mass air meter and DINAN software. Also has a short shifter. Tires are brand new, lignment done and brakes are new. Wheel bearings all replaced. New rear lower ball joints, ew front sway bar end links, park plugs replaced, oth valve cover gaskets replaced, elt tensioner and belt replaced, pper and lower coolant hoses replaced, il change every few thousand miles with BMW full synthetic oil. I've flushed the brake fluid, oolant change, ransmission fluid change and rear differential fluid all changed within the last year. A/C blows ice cold and heat works great. Heated seats and heated steering wheel. Tints are 15%. The car is quick and a blast to drive. CarFax is clean. The car is not perfect but probably one of the best for sale. All known defects are as follows: power steering lines are leaking (power steering works and car is drivable), ight rear shock is weak, ront thrust arm bushings are worn, unroof works but makes a rattle noise over bumps, mall rust starting on left rear quarter panel and right rocker panel (pictured), few small dings here and there, runk only opens with key, few buttons missing from the climate control panel and rear power sunshade does not go up and down by itself (have to manually help it). When it's very cold outside the car can run rough until it's warmed up, hen it's not freezing outside it has no issues (I'm guessing something to do with the software so I haven't invested time into fixing it as it's only when it is very cold outside) No surprises. All minor issues that I would eventually fix but I've decided I don't want to keep the car forever. Im only selling because I have several cars and I'd rather look for an M5. Thanks for looking.
