The 1959 Cadillac needs no introduction.
This example is the Series 62 coupe; not a Coupe de Ville.
It's originally a factory black car, ut was repainted in red and white several years ago.
There are a few spots on the body that could use some work, ut the car is solid. The original two-tone black and white interior shows some wear, ut is complete and good for its age. The horn ring is not broken, ither.
The power windows work flawlessly.
The biggest down side to the car is that there are some minor rust issues and that brakes are bad; they barely stop the car.
I hadn't decided on whether or not I was going to redo the drums or convert it to discs, o I hadn't addressed them yet.
I have gathered a multitude of spare parts, hough, ncluding a factory AC setup (worth over $5,000.00) and an accessory one.
The engine runs strong and the transmission shifts smoothly.
