For sale: 1970 Cuda ProMod double frame rail race car with a 526 blown Hemi. This a mild steel car (original steel body with fiberglass front end, oors and deck lid). Carbon fiber ProMod rear wing. Chassis is a double frame rail 4130 Chrome Moly round tube and was updated several years ago by Jeffers Race Cars.
The block is a TFX96 4.5 bore with 4.5 stroke. Brad Anderson's BAE 5 aluminum Hemi heads. Sonny Bryant crank. PSI Roots 1471 blower with carbon hat. Engine was fresh when parked in the climate control garage several years.
The transmission is Lenco 3 speed CS1 with a Crower clutch and Trick titanium can.
The rear end is a Fab Housing with a 9.5 Strange center section with 40 spline gun drilled axles.
Other options include ProMod wheelie bars, ual chutes, ire system with dual tanks, ranny blanket, ngine diaper, lower restraint, eld wheels with rear beadlocks (Rear 33.5x17.0-16 Front 26.0x4.5-15), trange brakes, hocks and struts. Carbon fiber removal floor and wheel tubs. AND MUCH MORE.....
It's time to update the NHRA chassis sticker as the Cuda has been parked and not at the track recently. It's completed less MSD 44 Ignition, lug wires and mag.
The Cuda cost a fortune to build and is ready for a new owner and or new race team. Has a low reserve and we're not really interested in a trade. Might consider a partial trade of a Ford crew cab pickup which can used as a company vehicle. Please email or call with any questions. Thanks, hris 816.590.7660.
