Description

1957 Chevrolet 4 door sedan. Fully restored including a high quality repaint, resh interior; a reliable 350 c.i.d. Chevrolet V-8, ith Eddlebrock 4 barrel carb, ntake, nd chrome goodies, speed automatic transmission, ual exhausts, ide whites, hrome wheels, aby Moon hubcaps, nd a classic V-8 rumble. This car is in high quality, river condition. There is no rust present on body panels, or on the frame, nder the car. It shows very well, nd turns heads wherever it goes.

This particular car was assembled in Kansas City, O., nd was factory delivered as a V-8 powered, el-Air model. The VIN # is VC57K131385. This car is well sorted and is a great driver. It fires up on the first crank, oes not smoke, nd the electric choke is set up correctly. The car idles, ccelerates, nd shifts very smoothly. All of the lights and signals work correctly, he brakes are strong and steering is tight. The paint, nterior and engine bay show like new. The glass and chrome are very good. The tops of the bumpers would benefit from some polishing before reaching show quality, ut are bright and shiny, nd certainly do not need to be rechromed. There are couple of dings in some chrome trim pieces, ut overall it shows very well. Like most of it's vintage, he car does leak some oil from the rear main seal, ut drips no other fluids.

Since the car lives in a dry desert environment a heater is not installed, lthough the car has the deluxe factory heater controls, nd fittings on the firewall, aking it easy to set up. Like most 1957 model cars, he was never equipped with Air Conditioning, owever add on units are readily available and are relatively affordable. The same holds true for just about any reproduction or restoration part for the entire car.
