1947 Chrysler Royal 4 Door Rat Rod Lots of Chrome & Patina Barn Find Original

Incredible Barn Find Project. My eyes were bigger than my budget. Bought this with intentions of dropping a diesel in it and making it the family cruiser. I am realizing that I simply won't have the time to make that happen - I am hoping the project will live on with someone that can.
So I will start with the bad -
I have tried to take as many detailed pictures as possible. As you can see the hood isn't aligned correctly (it is just not lined up on the hinge).
There is some rust - the floor board will need replaced.
Now to follow with the great! -- check out that GRILL. talk about a lean mean looking machine.- Chrome appears to nearly all be there (there are several pieces as seen in the trunk).- Body panels appear good and the patina is pretty awesome. I few tweaks and this could be an awesome looking ride.- engine looks to be complete - I have not checked anything further than looking under the hood.
Yes I realize this could be parted out for a much higher value. I would truly rather see it go to someone who will make it live again!
