BRAND NEW - Car Never Registered - 200 original miles - Never Titled Hemi

This car started as life at a car dealership on North Dakota. It was sold as new around 2000, ent to a shop and had the original 360 drive train pulled and a 472 fuel injected Hemi and race prepared automatic transmission. The 360 with 0 miles on it is included. The car has not run for years, till smells new on the inside. When it did run everything worked.Cruisecontrol, C, Track, ll like new. The MSO was lost, ever titled. This car still has the original window sticker on it.
This car has been stored out doors for years. Has not been run for years but drove to where it is parked back in 2009.
In NY you can go to DMV register the car with just a bill of sale and have a conditional title that is restricted where as you can't sell the car for two years. i imagine most states are the same.
