Clean 1995 Chrysler Lebaron GTC

This car has been parked in a garage and covered for 3 years. It needs a good cleaning from sitting but very minimal rust if any at all. This car runs like a champ, but needs a new transmission. We were going to fix it but are relocating out of state and don't have the time or money. Brand new tires and wheels were installed 6 months or less before the transmission quit. Would like $1,000 for car as pictured. Would go as low as $600 with the original tires and wheels (Not Pictured).
