2013 Chrysler 200 Limited 4 Dr 44000 Miles Loaded Factory Warranty Below Book

I purchased this car from Chrysler Corp. It was a 1 owner lease vehicle.
The factory drivetrain warranty extends to May 10, 2018 or 100k miles.
It has no accidents, but the previous owner ran over something in the road and put a dent in the floorpan. It was so noted at the auction I purchased it and I saw the damage and was aware of it before I purchased it. The dent is about 6" long and 3" high and 1/4 to 1/8" deep. It is below the driver seat. It does not affect the structural integrity of the vehicle or the warranty. I purchased it at a discount because of this announcement. The selling price reflects this.
Retail price on this car is around $13000. Rough trade-in is around high $10's. Depends if you look at NADA or KBB.
The car has 44006 miles on it as of the 5th of Sept. Miles may increase slightly.
It is highly optioned. Tan leather interior with heated front seats.
3.6 V-6 engine. Automatic transmission 6 speed with autostick.
Air conditioned, tilt and telescopic wheel and cruise control.
Power windows, locks, mirrors, driver seat.
Upgrade Boston Acoustics MP3 single disc stereo with Bluetooth and Navigation and Sirius XM.
ABS brakes with traction and stability control systems.
Keyless entry and keyless start.
Moon roof. Fog lights.
Dual front airbags, side airbags, front and rear side curtain airbags.
Aluminum wheels with matching Michelen tires. 50% front, 75% rear. Brakes are about half.
I had the oil changed and inspected by my local mechanic. There is nothing that needs servicing at this time. No leaks, no service engine lights on.
It runs and drives great. Very smooth. No squeaks or rattles. No windshield chips. No tire or brake shake.
There are a couple very minor chips on the front and back bumper that I have touched up.
There is 1 small spot on the right rear seat cover bottom that looks like it was a baby seat on it and nicked the color off the leather. Not torn or ripped.
Carpets are clean and show no wear.
I have tried to cover everything in an honest and accurate approach.
I expect a $300 deposit on paypal within 48 hours of purchase.
Balance to be paid by cash or wire transfer in 7 days. I prefer you come and inspect it first.
If you don't like it you don't own it. Your deposit will be refunded also.
I have a clear Michigan title in hand.
