2005 chrysler pacifica touring 3rd row...low mile ice cold AC!!!

Hello!! I am selling my mothers 2005 Chrysler Pacifica touring. I'm not completely familiar with the car, I've only driven it a couple times. She cant drive anymore so I am selling it for her. I will list what I am aware of it to the best of my abilities. It has a clear Tennessee title. 118,000 miles. she did only local driving, and we drove it from Tennessee to Florida with no issues. It has full power accessories, interior is in very good condition, no rips or tears in seats or carpets. THE PASSENGER SEAT IS BROKEN....as you can see in pics, it is laid all the way back and I cant seem to fix it. hopefully you can. A/C is ice cold!! Tires in the back have about 75% of tread life left, front tires have maybe 25% of tread life left. there are some scrapes down the passenger side and the window shade deflector on the passenger front is broken (you can see in pics). It has the 3rd row which any family would love to have! and plenty of cup holders and 12v ports through the car for charging your devices. It starts and runs without any issues from what I can see. No leaks of any kind...its been sitting on my concrete driveway and no stains to speak of. Feel free to message me with any questions, I will answer the best I can.
