2000 CHRYSLER SEBRING JXI CONVERTABLE 2.5L V6 AUTO

I have owned this vehicle for the last 14 months or so. it has given good service3 and has been a fun car to drive, and reasonably good fuel mileage from a low in the city of 15-17 to as high as 30 on the highway. I have taken care of this cars issues pretty well, an this car drives straight, smooth, quiet, and comfortable. I have a complete record of repairs and fuel use for this car for the entire time I have owned it, and it shows all parts, service ans gasoline put in this vehicle. the car has a couple minor issues; the compass is not accurate in that it thinks its going south most of the time. it never bothered me so I never fixed it. Also, the clear coat finish on the hood has two spots that need repainting. the local quality paint and body shop quoted 325 to repaint. I was also going to replace the inside mirror, but never got around to it... as per normal on a car of this age and mileage there may be other imperfections, rubs, scratches, chips, etc.
The 2.5 liter v-6 runs well, no warning lights, no oil leaks, has not been chipped or modified in any way. the automatic trans shifts nicely and has never had any issue since I owned it. it is coming due for a trans service this spring/ early summer. the convertible top is in fair to good condition, and does not leak. the fabric is tight and flap free, and operates smoothly. tires are very good with about 90% tread, however the front and rears are not a brand match, bit are the correct sizes.
other equipment includes;power windows, power door locks, power outside mirrors, standard power convertible top, airbags, fog lamps, alarm w/ remote, trim cover for "top down" use, am/fm/cd/cassette <I have never used the cassette, don't know if it works>, leather seats, traction control, gold trimmed alloy wheels, a/c
