Inspection

Buyers are encouraged to inspect the item prior to submitting a bid. Appointments for inspection must be scheduled in advance and must be between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.,

Monday - Friday. No appointments will be made during the weekend. Appointments may be made by contacting us through the eBay messaging system.

Removal of purchased the item should be completed within 10 days of winning the auction.

If the item is not paid for and picked up within 10 days after end of auction, the property may be relisted on eBay. This is an "all or nothing" bid.
