2002 Nissan Altima 3.5 SE V6

This 2002 Nissan Altima 3.5 SE is in running condition.
Transmission wasprofessionallyoverhauled in 2008 by Superior Transmissions [in MD].
Headlight assemblies were replaced with brand new ones in 2014. Car had misfire on cylinder 5. All three [3] rear ignition coils were replaced with brand new ones in 2014. Also at that time a newvalve cover was installed due to the old one leaking oil. Engine now runs very well.
Known Issues/ Faults:

• Rear brakes need to be replaced (including caliper assembly)
• Floor is rusted in a few spots (see images)
• Passenger side rear door handle is broken off- door can still be opened from the outside; it is just difficult (see image)
• Cabin air flow direction motor is loud but functional
• Check engine light is on with the following codes,I do not know the actual cause of these codes; it could be a bad O2 sensor or something else.
• P0420
• P0442

Car is being sold as is, here is. It cannot be driven away immediately due to the rear brakes needing replacement. Car can be used for parts, r fixed up to drive; car may or may not pass state inspections.
